Our Shipping Policy Europe

An email with payment options and instructions will be sent to you once you place your order. After receiving confirmation of your payment, we will ship your goods.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment. We will provide you with a unique tracking number and a link to check your order’s progress. Once your package is in transit, the courier partners will update your tracking information. DHL, FedEx, the Post Office, and ParcelForce are just some of the couriers that work with us.

Occasionally, the international mail system can delay your order. We remind you that we cannot influence the actions of foreign courier services or international customs. If your item is not received for any reason, we will re-send it to you if you have selected our Shipping Protection service.

Shipping Protection Europe

With Shipping Protection, Direct Peptides guarantee delivery of your order. It’s as simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch*, we will re-send your order. In the very unlikely event that your re-sent order is not received, we will refund you. Australian orders are excluded from refunds but will receive TWO free resends to an address of your choice.

*21 days for Premium Shipping, 28 days for Tracked Shipping, and 35 days for Australian orders.

International Shipping Europe

Standard Shipping has a delivery timeframe of 10 to 14 days, while Premium Shipping takes only 3 to 5 days; monitoring is available for both choices. Shipping prices vary by country and are displayed during checkout.

Please be informed that customs may withhold roughly 2%-3% of all orders. We have no control over this because customs processes vary by country. However, with our Shipping Protection service, we can resend or ensure the arrival of your package.

It is not our role to know each nation’s various customs and processes. Before placing an order with Direct-Peptides, please check your country’s laws and regulations since our peptides and research chemicals are not authorised in all nations. When placing an order, you are solely liable for adhering to all rules and regulations in place in your country.

If your order is returned to us because you gave us an incorrect address, didn’t accept delivery, or didn’t pick it up from your local delivery office, we will resend it to you, but you will have to pay for any extra shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the peptides, refunds are not accepted at Direct-Peptides. If our items are mishandled, they may decay prematurely. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with your purchase. We will make every effort to fix any issues you may be having.

At Direct-Peptides, we place high importance on upholding and exceeding our client’s expectations. Therefore, clients who receive a damaged product will immediately obtain replacements.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel and receive a complete refund if your order has not yet been dispatched. However, it is essential to remember that orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving payment, so you will need to move swiftly. Please send us an email at [email protected]
